How to read this page
Green = short wait (≤ 30 min), yellow = moderate (31–90 min), red = long (> 90 min). Grey cells have no recorded data for that slot. The number inside each cell is the median wait in minutes; the small number below is how many readings were collected.
Border wait times are skewed by occasional extreme delays. The median (the middle value when all readings are sorted) is more representative of what you will actually experience than an average that can be pulled up by rare spikes.
The consecutive 2-hour slot with the lowest median across all collected data. Arriving near the start of this window historically gives you the best chance of a short wait. The per-weekday cards show the same thing broken down by day.
Readings are collected automatically throughout the day. The Last reporting card at the top shows the most recent snapshot. The more samples a cell has, the more reliable its median — low sample counts (n<5) should be treated with caution.
Wait times for Montenegro → Albania and the opposite direction are tracked separately and often differ significantly. Use the link at the top of the page to switch to the reverse crossing.
Public holidays, seasonal traffic, and road works can shift wait times well outside historical norms. These statistics reflect past patterns — always check current conditions before you travel.
Tap the filter header to expand or collapse the filter panel. Use the period presets — 30 days, 90 days, seasons, All time, or a custom date range — for quick access to different windows. Select specific days of the week or times of day to further narrow your analysis. Default is the current season, all days, all hours.
